How our system works: Our system uses a diamond grit bonded to a flexible metallic backing which allows for the blade and diamonds to remain in constant contact with the floors surface. Our tools will effectively abrade existing epoxy floors and remove any glues. We will densify and apply an impregnating sealer into the floor, then polish the floor up to the desired grit level. A seal may be applied at the end and also a burnish depending on each customer. Polishing is achieved by going through a series of finer grit diamond polymer tooling.
